The Vacancy

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Trade Mark Attorney to join our busy and growing team in our Birmingham office. The person we are seeking will ideally have a minimum of three years post-qualification experience, although this opportunity is also open to candidates with more or less experience than this, who have the drive and confidence to work directly with a range of clients, from SMEs to large blue-chip enterprises. You will be a competent communicator, with the ability to work confidently with high profile clients, offering strategic, practical advice in fast paced, evolving environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful team at a pivotal point in its growth and, working alongside the Trade Mark Director, you will play a key role in developing the Birmingham Trade Mark practice.
