Deadline

31 Dec 2013

We are looking to recruit a trainee patent attorney into our electronics / physics group in our Sevenoaks office.

Our core focus is to deliver a high quality product to our clients, by requiring a high standard of technical competence from our attorneys, as well as meeting and exceeding service-level client expectations.

Full internal and external training will be provided. We have a proven track record of candidates being successful in the professional examinations at their first attempt. This follows from recruiting only the best candidates. We can also demonstrate that we offer rapid career advancement to partnership for the right candidates.

We operate flexible working hours, and a 35 hour working week. Working in Sevenoaks provides the opportunity to live in the country (e.g. in Kent, East Sussex or West Sussex) while maintaining a short journey into central London. We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits (including pension contributions, BUPA and 25 day holiday entitlement, which rises with length of service to 30 days, plus public holidays).

The successful candidate will have an electronics or physics background and/or electronics-based engineering experience. He/she will have an interest in technology generally but will also be able to express him/herself clearly both in speech and in writing.
