A 132-page document written by Samsung engineers in 2010 directly compares the iPhone with the Galaxy S.
The document provides comments as to how the Galaxy S could be changed to more closely emulate the iPhone.
With comparison images of both smartphones and comments about the ways in which the Galaxy S could ‘remove a feeling that iPhone’s menu icons are copied’, the document could spell trouble for Samsung. However they may argue that the document shows that they are simply aware of their competition.
