Boult Wade Tennant, an award winning, top tier IP firm (Legal 500, MIP and WTR), is seeking an excellent and ambitious trade mark attorney to join our team based in Cambridge. We have an immediate need for an attorney who is a team player and has high level people management skills, to work on a portfolio for predominantly direct local clients. This position is based in Cambridge, but provides the opportunity to work with our London and European-based teams.

The workload of our Trade Mark group has been growing year on year, and this has accelerated in recent months. Our work is highly varied and includes a great deal of strategic advisory work, filing, prosecution, searching, clearance, watching, oppositions and contentious work for a variety of local, national and overseas clients. The industries we deal with are also wide-ranging and include, for example: fast moving consumer goods, confectionery, wine, retail services, entertainment services, DIY, and healthcare.

Requirements:

• Chartered Trade Mark Attorney with a minimum of two years PQE.
