About the role  

You will be responsible for an exciting portfolio of work, providing commercially focused advice and excellent client care

  • Provide client counselling in National, International and European Union Trade Mark Law including Trade Mark clearance and prosecution, Trade Mark opposition, conflict resolution and copyright protection.
  • Prepare, filing and prosecuting National, International and European Union Trade Mark applications.
  • File and prosecute Trade Mark Oppositions
  • Advise on Trade mark infringement
  • Prepare and file Trade Mark Licenses and prosecution of Foreign Trade Marks
  • Prepare and review of Trade Mark portfolio
  • Advise on Domain Names, Company, Business names and copyright issues.
  • General Trade Mark Advice
