Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on patent strategy and portfolio management.
  • Drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
  • Handling oppositions, appeals, and infringement matters.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and providing expert advice on complex IP matters.

Requirements:

  • Finals Standard or Newly Qualified Patent Attorney (Engineering).
  • Strong technical background in Engineering disciplines (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
