We are currently seeking a Part-Qualified Patent Attorney with a specialisation in Chemistry to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of patent matters, leveraging your expertise to provide top-notch counsel to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the field of Chemistry
  • Conducting patentability assessments, freedom-to-operate analyses, and infringement evaluations
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and develop strategic IP solutions
  • Working closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal advice and support
  • Keeping abreast of industry developments and emerging trends in Chemistry and IP law

Requirements:

  • Part-qualified as a Patent Attorney with a specialisation in Chemistry
  • Strong academic background with a degree in Chemistry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
