Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting patent searches and analysing technical and legal issues.
  • Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations.
  • Representing clients in proceedings before the European Patent Office and other relevant authorities.
  • Collaborating with other attorneys and technical experts to deliver comprehensive IP solutions.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of post-qualification experience as a Chemistry Patent Attorney.
  • A strong background in chemistry, with a degree in chemistry or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide high-quality service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel between offices if necessary.
