Role Overview:

As the successful Associate, you will work within a dynamic group of top-tier associates and partners, focusing primarily on patent disputes. As the ideal candidate, you will bring a background in IP litigation, especially in the fields of technology and life sciences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage intricate patent litigation cases
- Oversee UK-based litigation and coordinate international multi-jurisdictional disputes
- Offer strategic legal counsel and develop litigation strategies tailored to client needs
- Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive IP solutions
Candidate Profile:
- 2-5 years of PQE in IP litigation, with a specialisation in patents
- Experience from a reputable firm, particularly in technology and/or life sciences
- An academic background in electronics, engineering, biology, chemistry or pharmacology is beneficial but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to manage client relationships directly
- Demonstrated sound judgment and a proactive approach to responsibilities in a fast-paced legal environment
