About the Role:

 

You will support the busy litigation department, working on significant patent cases including SEP/FRAND matters, and gaining hands-on experience across all stages of contentious IP matters while developing essential legal and client management skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Drafting legal documents, including pleadings and evidence
  • Contributing to case preparation and strategy
  • Attending client, counsel and expert meetings
  • Drafting inter-partes correspondence
  • Attending hearings and providing litigation support
  • Assisting with client care, case management, and business development

 

Requirements:

 

  • Up to four years PQE in IP litigation, ideally with patent litigation experience, including SEP/FRAND cases
  • Training at a recognised legal practice
  • Strong academic background, with a scientific degree advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to manage workstreams independently while collaborating effectively
  • Exceptional communication, research, and analytical skills
  • Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
