Key Responsibilities:
- Inbox Management: Efficiently handle and prioritise incoming emails, ensuring prompt responses and actions
- Fee Earner/Workload Organisation: Assist fee earners by organising and managing their workloads to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency
- Document Preparation: Prepare, format, and review legal documents and correspondence with precision and attention to detail
- Client Billing/eBilling: Manage client billing processes, including the preparation and submission of e-bills, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Typing: Provide accurate and timely typing support for various documents and correspondence
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the intellectual property sector or a related field
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in document preparation and formatting
- Experience with client billing and e-billing systems
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
