We are looking to recruit and train an enthusiastic graduate trainee with a 2.1 or above in electrical engineering, computer engineering or a related discipline.  What is more important than your technical background however is the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly and to explain them clearly both verbally and in writing.  It would also be advantageous to be able to demonstrate some knowledge or experience of commercial realities.
