Our client is an impressive international law firm who are recognised for their Tier 1 IP arm. We have placed multiple IP specialists with this central London practice and have just taken another instruction on an outstanding opportunity within the IP Disputes group.

Sought is a skilled and experienced, London based, IP Disputes Lawyer. We are interested in speaking to qualified Solicitors at either Associate or Senior Associate level. There is flexibility here but ideally you will have at least 2 years PQE in a IP Disputes team, firm or department.

The ideal IP Disputes Lawyer candidate will be passionate and committed to a career within IP and will hold a solid background in contentious IP disputes across both patents and trade marks.

Complementing a team, whose legacy includes several prominent high profile IP disputes, you’ll work at an advisory level across the spectrum of soft IP and patents. You will cover opposition, revocation and invalidity IP disputes. Your expertise will also be required in a ‘general’ sense within the practice often collaborating with colleagues in other teams across the business.
