Fully remote Patent Paralegal opportunity!

Sacco Mann are working once again with long standing client, an established IP firm, who are looking to recruit due to growth. With an increase in exciting Patent work, we’re looking to speak with CIPA qualified Patent Paralegals who fancy a new challenge.

Joining the existing team of Patent Paralegals and Patent Attorneys based across the UK, this firm can consider those on a fully remote basis. Some of the team already work in this way however if you are based close to London, there’s scope to work from the firms centrally located London office too.

Day to day you will be responsible for all Patent Paralegal/Formalities support from filing through to grant including processing and monitoring incoming correspondence, handling records and deadline management, preparing and filing new applications, dealing with all grant formalities, liaising often with clients, foreign associates and external stakeholders as well as preparing schedules and assisting with invoicing. In addition, you will also be dealing with ad-hoc incoming telephone enquiries so strong communication skills are a must!

Essentially you will have relevant and demonstrable Patent Paralegal experience with the CIPA qualification already under your belt.
