Trade Mark Paralegals available for a fixed term contract opportunity please get in touch. Ideally we’re looking to talk to London based Trade Mark Paralegals but this firm will also consider candidates who are based fully remotely.

The Trade Mark team within this hugely impressive full-service law firm are looking for an experienced, ideally CITMA qualified, Trade Mark Paralegal to support their Brand prosecution team.  This is a 9-12 month contract to cover maternity leave and ideally you will be available to start this contract as soon as possible. There may be scope for the contract to extend or be made permanent – although this is NOT guaranteed.

As an experienced Trade Mark Paralegal you will be responsible for providing full support to the team of fee earners and working collaboratively alongside the other Paralegals. This is a fast paced, close-knit team and previous Trade Mark Paralegal and/or Trade Mark Formalities experience is essential.

On a daily basis you will provide full administrative support assisting with national, EU and international trade mark applications, you will be the first point of contact for client enquiries, handle renewals and records and assist with design applications too.

You must possess excellent attention to detail, a strong knowledge of the trade mark process, and be confident liaising with clients and other members of the business. Fantastic written and communication skills are a must in this role, as well as strong time management and organisational skills too.
