Working closely with Tania Clark, Partner and President of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA), this role provides a unique opportunity to advance your career in one of Europe’s leading intellectual property law firms.
You’ll have the opportunity to get involved in business development, attend conferences & events, and play a truly integral role in Withers & Rogers’ Trade Marks practice. You’ll be joining us at an exciting time of European growth and there’ll be plenty of scope to contribute to the development of the firm.

Withers & Rogers’ Trade Marks practice provide specialist advice and support to brand owners across a variety of industry sectors. Our clients include luxury fashion retail, insurance, jewellery, medical healthcare, finance and defence brands, and we work closely and strategically with all our clients to build lasting, trusted relationships.
Our London office is located in More London Riverside, featuring spectacular views across the River Thames of Tower Bridge and City Hall. Transport links are excellent, with London Bridge station just 5 minutes’ walk from the office.
About you
You will be an experienced Attorney with impeccable written English and strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will ideally have at least one year of post-qualification experience.
