Caselton Clark was founded in 2007 by brothers Mike and Tim South. Whilst running successful teams at Red Bull and Informa respectively, we found it impossible to find recruiters who really listened to what we were looking for. So we decided to start one.

Stephen Gill is the head of our IP business, working closely with clients and senior executives from across the sector. Stephen is a former manager from LexisNexis and serves clients across the whole of Europe working with both private practice and industry.

Arthur Patterson also specialises in placing Intellectual Property Attorneys and administration staff into businesses across Europe. Also, as Head of IP Content, Arthur manages all marketing for our IP division.

With over 10 years of IP recruitment experience and our partnership with the Perry Clayman Agency we have access to over 40 years of knowledge. We constantly bring candidates the latest IP jobs and keep our clients aware of the best talent available to deliver great results for everyone.

We’d rather focus on the top candidates and the best roles than try to work with everybody. Caselton Clark take pride in really understanding what you want and having the industry knowledge to find it.
